Care Systems Cloud also offers the Native experience by integrating with your Windows Desktop, using the Microsoft RemoteApp feature.

Create Desktop Shortcuts

- Enter your Care Systems Cloud Credentials when prompted for them.
Your username should be in the form: caresys\firstname.surname
Your password is 4 to 5 random words, this was generated when originally onboarded to the Cloud (space between each word)
NOTE: Windows often defaults the username incorrectly, it is recommended that you choose the options to enter it manually. - If it gives the option to Remember your Credentials, tick the box.
- Click OK.
- After a short period of time, you will see a message telling you it has successfully connected. Click Finish.
- You will now find the links to your environment in your Start Menu under Care Systems (RADC).

- Press the up arrow to the left of the file path
- Right-click on the Care Systems (RADC) folder
- Choose to Send to > Desktop (create shortcut).
