Resetting your Care Systems Cloud Temporary Password

Connecting to Care Systems for the first time

When first connecting you are issued with a Password from Care Systems. You must change the password before doing anything else.

How to reset your Temporary Password

1. Go to https://app.caresystems.com.au/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/password.aspx and enter the details provided by Care Systems.
2. Copy your New Password.
3. Paste or type the randomly generated password into the Confirm New Password field below.
   Write down your new Master Password in a secure location.
4. Click Confirm New Password.
5. A warning will appear to ensure you have securely stored your password. If you have, click OK to continue.

This pop up will then appear at the top of your screen, if you have securely stored your password, click OK to continue.
